Trump has not APPOINTED anyone.
He has NOMINATED them.
Presidents do not have the power to appoint cabinet officials or judges — only to nominate them and send them to the Senate for confirmation or rejection.
The words MATTER. Don’t give Trump power he doesn’t have.
