My Virgin Media connection in SE19 has been down for hours now.
It's pretty appalling that they don't have on-call engineers on standby 24/7 to address outages, or any kind of automated system to email/SMS their affected customers with status updates.

I made an offer on a house a little while ago, and it was accepted!
I'm not popping any corks yet as I know how often house sales collapse before completion, but given all the circumstances involved I'm cautiously optimistic. If all goes well I might even get the keys by the end of the year!
