A bloke from Derby ish, trying to be more woke, encouraging people and companies to do things more securely and think about information privacy.
Very concerned about how people can so easily be conned by populist political party's.
A free press shouldn't mean a free pass to abuse ordinary people.

It’s time for independent regulation that holds power to account.

I used to work for a council and witnessed the demise of the social care department since 2008,during the ravages of austerity. Every council across the UK needs their social care services funding correctly.
Adult social care workers provide a vital public service, but this is not reflected in their pay and job conditions.

So, it is welcome that the Government is creating the Adult Social Care Negotiating Body - our latest briefing note looks at how to ensure its success.

Nigel Farage has now been paid over £400,000 to be “Brand Ambassador” for a gold bullion company since he became an MP.

Worth his weight in gold? So far, he’s only 1/20 of the way there...

Farage is lying about the ECHR. He says it’s letting immigrants in, but the numbers don’t match.

He’s not trying to fix immigration, he’s trying to scrap the law that stops the government from legally stripping your fundamental rights.

Nigel Farage is unveiling legislation to leave the ECHR.

His arguments are wrong – and that move would be a disaster. @goodlawproject.bsky.social have the facts:

Now GB News commentators are pushing the idea that there's an "over-representation of black people" within TV advertising...

One contributor claims that marketing departments have been "captured", while another claims "the only families we ever see now are mixed-race families"...

Twelve Jobs Nigel has earned over £1 million in additional income since the general election.

To understand the scale of it, since the July 2024 election he's earned roughly £100k more as a brand ambassador for Direct Bullion than Starmer gets as PM.

I can only hope the government will listen to Zoe and stop pandering to the Tories or Reform.

Surely we should be increasing the number of staff rather than cutting the numbers. I feel the governments prioritise are in the wrong place.
How will cutting 100,000 #NHS staff reduce waiting lists? 🤷

Important article from @keepournhspublic.bsky.social 👇🏼
Not enough people are talking about the fact that in a system already creaking under the weight of c100,000 vacancies, govt are looking to make ANOTHER 100K redundant, including frontline clinical staff.

Utter madness.
