"This is amazing. Thank you for believing me. I feel redeemed. This is one of the best days of my life. Of course, it's mixed with the fact that I'm devastated about all the other little girls like Virginia who were harmed because the FBI didn't do their job.

When Trump campaigned on deporting immigrants with criminal records he was lying, as the data now shows.

His actual agenda is to remove non-white immigrants whether they came here legally or not or have committed crimes or not. www.nytimes.com/interactive/...

these clowns are REALLY going to say that Texas’s map - which targeted majority minority districts - was NOT discrimination on the basis of race.

But they’ll say Louisiana’s map - drawn to comply with the Voting Rights Act and give Black voters representation- DID discriminate on the basis of race

This isn’t just a political win for Trump. It’s a blessing for racial gerrymandering for political goals. It’s a gift to the administration’s and congressional GOP’s open embrace of white nationalism to hold power by stripping marginalized groups of their rights. This is an American tragedy.

If the men accused of crimes with Epstein are “sent off to live out the last of their days in some kind of shame,” that wouldn’t be bad, Lydia Polgreen says. “You need new figures who are untouched, who were never part of these awful power games and networks that they used to play.”

Before the midterms of 1866, President Andrew Johnson called his congressional opponents traitors and said they should be hanged.

Voters were so profoundly moved by his words... that they gave his opponents a supermajority in Congress, and the nation got the Fourteenth Amendment.
