Saddened to read the news about Rob Reiner. His directing output during the '80s and into the '90s was remarkable, with When Harry Met Sally, Misery and Princess Bride as particular highlights, as was his work with Castle Rock and anti-smoking advocacy.

I'm absolutely and truly devastated about what happened to Rob Reiner. His string of films throughout the 80s and into the early 90s was unlike any other filmmaker and he was truly a hilarious personality. I am appalled to hear of his murder and I'm just utterly devastated.

Also, big shout out to the Muslim man, Ahmed al Ahmed, who disarmed one of the terrorists and saved many lives in the process. He deserves to be remembered as a hero and the kind of man we should aspire to be by helping marginalized groups in need.
