Wow. Read this! This poem is so perfect--powerful, brave and, in its incredibly succinct ways, spiritually overwhelming. Also quite a piece of work--formally. Not to mention politically. Thank u @alienvsrobbins.bsky.social !

Last January, one plane forced to reroute because of a SpaceX explosion was running low on fuel, prompting the pilot to declare an emergency and fly the jet and its 283 passengers through a designated debris zone to reach an airport.

The FAA predicted Elon Musk’s Starship would cause “minor or minimal” disruption. Then the rockets exploded twice in three months over busy airspace. Flight data reveals how many planes scrambled to p...

The president lies about the serial killers he employs.
President Donald Trump said the woman killed by an ICE officer in Minneapolis “violently, willfully, and viciously ran over” the agent who shot her in self-defense, making the claim within hours of the shooting, before investigators had completed their work.
Trump defends ICE, seeks to define shooting before facts are established
Trump seized on partial video footage to impose his interpretation of the shooting as investigators worked to establish the facts.

Ice is a serial killer.
This is Renee Good.

She was a mother of a six-year-old child.

She was an American citizen.

She described herself as a “poet and writer and wife and mom and shitty guitar strummer from Colorado.”

And she was gunned down in cold blood and broad daylight by Trump’s ICE agents.

Coming up with plans is trivial. Getting them through Congress is another matter altogether. Cuban’s being an idiot here. The reason the plans look “half-assed” is that they’re compromises that have a slight chance of passing both Houses of Congress and signed by the President.

1. LLM-generated code tries to run code from online software packages. Which is normal but
2. The packages don’t exist. Which would normally cause an error but
3. Nefarious people have made malware under the package names that LLMs make up most often. So
4. Now the LLM code points to malware.
LLMs hallucinating nonexistent software packages with plausible names leads to a new malware vulnerability: "slopsquatting."
LLMs can't stop making up software dependencies and sabotaging everything

For Trump, declining to 36 percent approval is “good news.”

For Biden, holding steady at 41% is “a source of concern.”
