Lessons from the trade war so far:
1. We can’t trust America anymore.
2. Poilievre has no plan and less character.
3. There’s an alternative to just about every made-in-the-USA thing.

Take notes. There will be a test.
The Canadian response has three levels:
1. Elbows up
2. Drop the gloves
3. Over the boards

We are at number 1. Take note.

Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney:

"If the United States no longer wants to lead, Canada will."

This is what real leadership looks like.
April 3, 2025 at 3:54 PM
so let me get this straight: Carney gets us out of Trump’s baseline tariff and Poilievre somehow thinks that that’s “doing a bad job”?

So many CPC candidates are quitting that it’s going to raise the unemployment rate.

If you live in Calgary Centre and vote NDP and we wind up with another term of Greg McLean, I will throw trash on your lawn every day for the next four years.

Trump just referred to Carney as “prime minister”. Not “governor”.

Carney demanded respect and Carney got respect. That’s how you do it.

Poilievre's new slogan is "boots not suits"? C'mon. Go do a google image search for 'poilievre' and count the number of blazers and ties.

Despite recent news, Signal is and remains the best choice for secure communication. This debacle was one hundred percent user error. If someone can’t drive, don’t blame Toyota.

Wow, the breaking news CSIS report today live on CBCNN, that Indian operatives were involved in getting Poilievre elected for leadership in the Conservative Party and he continues to NOT get his security clearance. #NeverTrustConservatives

See? Poilievre doesn’t need security clearance. He can just read secret American war plans in The Atlantic, like the rest of us.

Conservatives always talk about 'balancing the budget', but the only two prime ministers to bring in a balanced budget were Chretien and Martin. Neither one of them Conservative.

I made a complaint to elections canada about Dani Smith, and you can too.
March 23, 2025 at 8:22 PM
Dani Smith will kiss the ring of Trump and Shapiro and Breitbart, but threaten and backstab our Prime Minister.

It’s clear her loyalty lies with American MAGA, not Canada.

Time for her to go.

Only 6.6% of countries are full democracies. Canada is one of them.

That's something to be proud of. Something worth fighting for.

*Data comes from a division of The Economist. The report is interesting reading if you're worried about the state of modern politics.

Dude is so out of touch with this country, it’s astounding.

So, lemme get this straight: Trudeau negotiates the USMCA, which is so good for Canada that Trump regrets it and tries to slap on tariffs. Then Trudeau gets us out of those tariffs.

I dunno. Seems like he's doing a pretty good job, actually.
