Wow, what's scarier - that the "Defense Secretary" of a country can't understand why there's a problem with posting specific details about military operations in personal group chats or that he refuses to even investigate whether there were any risks to U.S. troops as a result of his poor judgment?

Doesn't the U.S. have laws against workplace bullying like Canada does to prevent this type of sexist & emotionally abusive behaviour? Seems like they do: www.eeoc.gov/harassment. Also, calling women "piggies" when you don't like questions they ask? Come on man...how old are you?
'Quiet, piggy': As Trump berates female reporters, what's the breaking point? | CBC News

It's amusing to see the women Trump keeps choosing for his team. Seems like the military isn't the only place that Trump has been pushing for a certain "look". Better increase the hair & makeup budget.

Trump promised free plane tickets and $1,000 “exit bonuses” to immigrants who opted to self-deport.

ProPublica spoke to a dozen Venezuelan immigrants who said they followed the president’s instructions, yet never received the promised assistance.
“I Don’t Want to Be Here Anymore”: They Tried to Self-Deport, Then Got Stranded in Trump’s America
Venezuelan immigrants signed up for a Trump-promoted app called CBP Home, which promised a safe and easy way to leave the country, and prepared to leave on their given departure dates. Those dates hav...

This is huge for Brazil & other tropical countries. The mosquitoes that transmit dengue—Aedes aegypti—like urban areas, bite in the daytime, & can breed in just a soda capful of water, so reducing their population & avoiding bites is nearly impossible. Science is cool! 🦟

Get ready, Brazil. The 'good mosquitoes' are coming
Scientists are driving around in white Chevys, releasing thousands of specially engineered mosquitoes from tubes — part of a pioneering project to reduce the spread of dengue, a terrible disease.

Let’s talk about right-on-red: most drivers who need to turn right arrive at intersections with a default mindset not to stop even it the light is red. This often means they don’t stop and drive past crosswalks. It’s dangerous not only for pedestrians and cyclists but also for other drivers

So Trump doesn't know if he's required to uphold the Constitution (despite having already been President for 4 yrs previously) & the Homeland Security Director Kristi Noem doesn't even understand what habeus corpus means? Another great example of Trump-ian "merit-based" hiring practices at work.
DHS secretary misstates meaning of habeas corpus under Senate scrutiny

This May 22 dinner is a high crime and misdemeanor. A president of the United States can’t use the office to enrich himself in this way, from potentially anonymous donors for whom he might do favors. This is as textbook as corruption gets.
Trump Just Did the Most Corrupt Thing Any President Has Ever Done
He’s using the White House to get rich from anonymous investors—and it’s hardly even a news story.
