When I wake up, I usually doom scroll on my phone for like 2-3 hours in bed.
Got a phone coffin and locked the phone away for 3 hours.
It's insane how many times in just 30 mins I have had the impulse to look at my phone.

You know when someone just learns a word.
And you hear them use that word over and over.
So it’s really annoying to have a conversation with them.
I wish someone would say to Trump:

Had a grocery store driver come today to deliver goods.
Such a power play to tell me that my grass was dying.
Also made comment on 3 of the goods that I had ordered, ever letting me know one was bad.

I'm in that stage of being ill where I'm just napping / sleeping when I'm tired to get rid of the illness.
It meant I experienced that strange thing of waking up and not looking at the time and thinking it was morning when it was actually like 1730.
