When peaceful protest is a crime, democracy is in deep trouble.

Quite right!
Left: Greta Thunberg arrested for holding a placard in London

Right: Labour's Baron Hain, "This gov is treating Palestine action as equivalent to ISIS or al-Qaeda, which is intellectually bankrupt, politically unprincipled and morally wrong. I'm deeply ashamed"

Just a reminder. In 2022 these two Tories voted not to provide school meals for some children during the Christmas break. The local community sprank into action to provide food, gifts and supplies. Robbie Moore (left) is still the local Tory MP. I won't wish him a Merry Christmas.

Some people just can't ever show gratitude
Suella Braverman’s parents emigrated (those horrible economic migrants not from a war zone she hates).

She went to Cambridge for free and didn’t collect £27k debt like everyone else. Scrounger.

She used the Erasmus scheme to study in France. Which she has blocked.

Horrible.

Mike Johnson closed the House down early to avoid a vote on extending ACA tax credits. Nice try, Mike—all that does is give us more time to rally up support.

Let's get loud as hell, folks, and make sure every member of Congress knows where we stand:

WELKER: Why was this photo of a desk with a drawer open containing photos of Trump taken down?

BLANCHE: You can see in that photo there are photos of women. We learned there were concerns about them.

W: Are you saying those women are victims of Epstein?

B: No, that's not what I'm saying.

I didn't know Donald Trump was the victim in the Epstein files
WELKER: Why didn't the DOJ meet the Friday deadline to release all the Epstein files?

BLANCHE: It's very simple and very clear. The statute also requires us to protect victims.
