1. 4 months ago, The Supreme Court gave families a right to opt out of LGBTQ+ education in schools.

Now, in Montgomery County, Maryland, where the case originated, the results are in.

Only 43 families out of 160,000 students have exercised that new right.

I visited Weston Gardens In Bloom, Inc with my mom today, and I found the cutest earrings. I couldn't decide which I liked more, so I bought both.

A thing I’ve noticed in TikTok comments: If Gen Zers doubt information, instead of saying something like “that’s not right” or “that sounds inaccurate,” they say “that’s a lie” or “that sounds like a lie.”

It’s almost as if they conflate inaccuracies and disinformation, which maybe speaks to… (1/2)

Colloquially, a lot people say, “sorry, I lied” when they accidentally share incorrect information.

But I always counter that a lie indicates a known falsehood intended to deceive or an otherwise reckless disregard for the truth.
