A must read for #Albertans given push for data centers. While data center development is diversification. Important to be aware of pitfalls to avoid climbing electricity costs, sucking up scarce water resources & other issues.

The UK is a strongly pro-choice country with 86% of Britons wanting abortion to be legal in all or most cases. But the US anti-choice movement has been investing heavily into campaigns in Britain, and Nigel Farage’s Reform UK party seems to be support the interference.
The worrying rise of US anti-abortion rhetoric is in full force - how deep is Reform UK's involvement?
Money is pouring into anti-abortion campaigns in Britain, and it seems Nigel Farage’s party isn’t pushing back…

“The decision to override Charter rights fails this test.”

The Anglican, Lutheran and United Churches in Alberta have written to Danielle Smith condemning her use of the notwithstanding clause to punch down on the vulnerable Albertans.

Shane Getson openly lied in the Legislature this week.

He said on multiple occasions that the Supreme Court of Canada had said that possession of Child Sexual Abuse Materials is "OK".

The Supreme Court said no such thing.

Unfortunately my meme I created in Photoshop is still relevant. I've googled "current MLA recall petitions" and 3 are active. I've emailed the 3 petition organizers for more signing info.

Tomorrow, the Auditor General will release his report into the UCP's Dynalife fiasco.

They're hoping to flood the zone this week with citizenship markers and anti-trans legislation.

Keep your focus on the targets.
And the broader pattern.

The UCP is shifting Alberta away from liberal democracy.
Keeping up with the UCP government's democratic transgressions can be difficult.

But not impossible.
