My friend’s mom passed. I’m heartbroken for her. She started taking care of her mom around the same time I started caring 4 my grandpa.
The older I get the worse death feels. How do u cope with so much death?!

Self care today has been. A good workout. A hot shower. Listening to books while wearing my eye massager that I got for Christmas. It helps alleviate headaches and is just plain relaxing.

I’m 43 years old and this is the first time I’ve eaten black eyed peas and greens on the new year. Momma made a blacked eyed pea and greens soup, cornbread, and fried chicken.
