A great way to utilize the less-than-perfect produce languishing in the crisper drawer.

1-purple sweet potato dinner rolls that were frozen for my family's Thanksgiving meal,
2-caraway rye for dinner tonight (King Arthur Baking).

The rolls had an overnight sponge for 12 hours for maximum flavor development with cool color.
