One thing we've needed to do is build systems for communication. Upside down bottles means they're empty - they either need to be replaced or thrown in recycling - and they're out to make sure the other partner knows.

Yesterday, with the new med, I realized it's time everything is on a sticky note in case I ever need help with my meds or organizing everything.

Here's a sink full of tomatoes, once washed, dried, and cleaned up a bit (brown spots cut out), these will be frozen whole and used for sauce in the colder months.

The garage smells like Christmas and I have a half-pint jar of rosemary for the year. Now it's time for spearmint, which I use for tea.

First up: all the rosemary. Rosemary grows super, super slow so I buy it in the spring, let it grow and grow, and then dehydrate everything in the fall. I cannot keep it over the winter (it always dies) so I've stopped trying
