Yesterday I had my very first intense session of #cPTSD therapy by a #psychologist who specialises in it.

It was gruelling.

Exhausting.

Effective. Already.

Today I feel “unstuck” for the first time in 15 years..

Protest looks different in every community. They are doing it! Despite 70% of Americans living paycheck to paycheck. Working 2-3 jobs over 6-7 days. Paying rent & skipping meals so that their kids can eat. If missing a shift means homelessness your protesting is different to other folks resistance.

Many low voter information folks only read the Headlines. See what the 60 minutes headline is, Biden never corrected that title. He didn't do public health campaigns. Didn't mask. Didn't promote vaccines. His experts despaired. He didn't use the Pandemic Manual. Biden assisted Trump.

WHO released a counter to Biden. And in many countries it is still considered a Pandemic. My friends teach in Taiwan, masked, to students, also masked. In South Korea the last 20 minutes is on Covid. Icelandic teachers advise careers around Covid. Belgium released Clean Air legislation.
