Al een jaar lang demonstreren Georgiërs uit onvrede over de opschorting van de toetredingsgesprekken. EU-lidmaatschap lijkt echter verder weg dan ooit.

De rectificatie in de NRC mbt de affaire-Wijers is qua opmaak wel heel bescheiden. In elk geval niet te vergelijken met de vormgeving waarin de beoogd informateur op de voorpagina werd beticht van 'leugenaar'.
