Regardless of which president appoints them, trial court judges have to do the very basic work of deciding cases according to facts. I don't know how anyone who ends up in a Trump judge's courtroom is supposed to trust a legal system controlled by people who are this unhinged.

They lifted the person up and sat them up in the street, and then arrested them and put them in another SUV. I shouted "we have medics, let us take care of them" and the agent in front of me went "We have medics too" and I replied "Oh like you did for Renee" and his face visibly fell.

Oh, and even if it did force equal and immediate time for those views, FoxNews would be exempt because the doctrine could legally only apply to users of the public airwaves, via the SCOTUS decision in Red Lion v. FCC (1969)
