Good point! Those thick set fingers, top left, look suspiciously like they’ve lifted a lot of amps and anvils. The empty milk bottle suggests it’s a statement by Mal: “that’s it for this particular tea-fest”

Definitely! Charmed Life is cherishing the happiness and love that his new baby has brought him - this is a dad either saying goodbye as they head off to university/leave home - or just saying goodbye as his time is up.
Either way, Neil is a genius who never stops giving us such beautiful music
