After years of devastating crop losses caused by extreme weather, this season’s record-breaking cherry harvest is a hard-earned win for BC tree fruit farmers. Let's keep supporting growers in our communities as they recover and adapt to protect future harvests.

And that’s a wrap on #UBCM25! It was a privilege to hear the advocacy and solutions coming from local leaders about the issues their communities are facing. I’m looking forward to continuing this good work together.

We’re on Day 3 of #UBCM25 and I’ve already had the pleasure of connecting with so many of our municipal partners.

Looking forward to meeting with my colleagues across BC as we discuss the collaborative work we can continue to do to build more housing in every community.

Beautiful morning to knock on doors and talk to constituents in #Vancouver #LittleMountain!

Huge thank you to all of these amazing volunteers!

As we head into the Fall session of the legislature, it’s so important to hear directly from people about the issues that matter to them. #BCPoli

Celebrating nearly 250 new rental homes breaking ground in the Township of Langley! Fast-tracked through #BCBuilds, from concept to construction in 12-18 months, to meet the needs of the people who keep our communities running. We're building homes faster, where people need them.

These investments are only possible through strong partnership with Indigenous housing providers, and non-profit leaders.

Together, we’re building housing that’s rooted in community and connection, and that’s making British Columbia stronger and healthier for all of us.

Grateful to join Indigenous and nonprofit housing leaders this week at the AHMA AGM, the BCAFN Housing Forum, and BCNPHAs RENT event.
We're making historic investments to build homes that reflect belonging and community, including $1.7B for Indigenous housing, with 3260 units delivered or underway.

400 more new, affordable rental homes that will help meet the needs of people are coming to Metro Vancouver.

We’re working to deliver homes that will offer greater stability and opportunity for people near their jobs, families and activities they love.

For people experiencing homelessness in DTES, it can be hard to access basic comforts like a fresh meal or hot shower.

I’m thrilled that services from Watari and Aboriginal Front Door Society will continue with the Province’s extended investments.

Lovely to meet with Minister Bernadette Smith, Manitoba’s Minister of Housing, Addictions, and Homelessness. We had a great conversation about our shared work to bring people indoors into safe and supportive housing, and delivering more affordable homes for all.

People need homes with rents they can afford in communities they love.

We’re building new rental homes, and cracking down on speculation, and we are seeing progress for renters across BC!

And there’s more to do. #BCPoli #HomesForPeople

#Vancouver #LittleMountain has thousands of amazing local businesses! We’re out visiting them to hear from people in our community.

This summer we've particularly got our eyes on ice cream. So it was a treat to visit #KoboIceCream on Main & 10th. DELICIOUS! 😃🍦
