With the death of Bardot we're down to the last three of Billy Joel Roulette.

Chubby Checker
Bob Dylan
Bernie Goetz

Will someone try and rob Goetz of the title?
Will there be an entertaining twist?

The answer, my friends, is anyone could win,
The answer is anyone could win.

Catching up with season five of Only Murders in the Building, and I love the flex of them surrounding Selena Gomez with actresses who have won a combined eight Oscars here.

🎥 New video 🎥

I look at the early career of Maggie Smith, her work as a cabaret and revue performer, her successes on the stage, her breakthrough with The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie, and her 1969 Oscar win over Jane Fonda, Liza Minnelli, Geneviève Bujold, and Jean Simmons.

Look at me trying to squeeze the reasoning for James Baskett's Honorary Oscar for playing Uncle Remus into two lines in this one.

Also: Late Shift made the International Feature Film shortlist! Super happy to see it.

Happy to see The Secret Agent on the Best Casting shortlist, and in a just world, it should win the category easily.

It has so many characters, but despite being familiar with only two of the actors (Wagner Moura and Udo Kier), I never lost track of who is who, and all are perfect in their roles.

One of these films in this quiz earned its producer an Honorary Award "for distinguished service to the industry in adding to its moral stature in the world community" (which he turned down). See how I try to shorten that to fit it into the box in this quiz.

Of the three films in this quiz that were nominated in documentary categories, one is a PSA, one is narrative feature film, and one is a fancyful allegorical short film. Because for decades, the Academy had absolutely no clue what a documentary is.

Confession: I did not know Alicia Silverstone was in Bugonia, I did not recognize her when she was on screen, and when I saw her name in the end credits, my jaw briefly dropped, and it took me a few seconds to figure out which character she played.
