It’s much nicer here.
I like fries, guys, animals and pop culture.
I dabble in politics from time to time.
I love to listen to rants and hot takes.
Gaga’s new album #mayhem is good, I’m getting sounds from her other albums which I like.

After the first listen, my favorite track is How Bad Do You Want Me, it’s giving 80s pop influenced which is reminding me of 1980. It’s such a bop! I hope it becomes a single and we get a music video.

So Target got real comfy thinking us millennial moms won’t take our basic girl bits to Costco & Aldi after they cut DEI programs to satisfy the new administration.

Big mistake. Huge.

Perfectly said.
This moment in Bluesky is a great example of how joy itself can be defiance and resistance.

We are just hanging out, shitposting, being silly, happy, and normal. It is being treated as if it is transgressive, opting out of the endless negativity. Because in a way, it is.

Joy is my favorite weapon.

my time on X, I learned they don’t like that he speaks like a scientist. He can’t say anything is 0.00% until it’s proven so he says hypotheticals and then when the hypothetical is ruled out they don’t like that he won’t apologize for stating the hypothetical.
Why do they hate Dr. Fauci, when the worst thing he ever did was try to keep them alive?

For me, this time around I’m not giving in to the outrage and mouthpieces that do nothing but shout fire. It’s just not good for me, what good will it do for my mental health to consume it?

I love cardinals! I like to believe they are signs a loved one is visiting us in that moment.

I’m failing to see why this would be a problem.
Some House Freedom Caucus members are screaming payback if Dems successfully force a vote on the House floor to release the Gaetz ethics report, saying it could lead to them getting other reports involving current or former Dem members, per Politico

I’m just having a really hard timing understanding why you’d celebrate a 27 year old winning a fight against a 58 year old…

I just realized you dont hear about someone getting chickenpox anymore. Wow, it’s almost like vaccines work 😏
I occasionally forget that in the US, the introduction of a chickenpox vaccine has meant that most of my college students today think of it the same way I think about scarlet fever or polio. If I tell them that I had chickenpox AND mumps as a kid, they act like I'm from the Great Depression.

Just when I’m ready to invest in the Libra 2, I find out they’ve been discontinued and replaced with the Libra Color. Is it as bad as the reviews make it out to be?

I’ve been thinking a lot about Reba’s song “For My Broken Heart” lately. The message I’ve been telling myself is that the world’s not going to stop, the sun will still rise.
