Anyone up for a campaign to get YouTube to add Bluesky to their custom sharing widget in desktop/laptop browsers.

By campaign I mean using whatever Google offers, such as feedback forms, feature requests in a Google Group group, sharing posts and threads in social media, and a change.org petition.

Grok's image making, for example, told to make a multiple ad proofsheet that's fun looking and different from each other. made this.

The words are fine, its for a joke product, but these aren't fun and aren't different. Feels like deliberate disobedience.

I tell Grok dot com to make images of ads that are fun, upbeat looking, and different from each other, for a product that comes in a box, called "Slow Death" with bullet points of Reduces Quality Of Life, No Compensating Benefits, And It's Pricey, and this is what I get:

Someone who doesn't follow me was the only who replied to a post linking to a space video on YouTube, listing what I think of as the most boring list of staple spacetubers one could possibly make, Marcus House, NASASpaceflight, CSIStarbase, Scott Manley, and Everyday Astronaut.

The video link in this image plays a link with ads that defeats the uBlock Origin extension's adblocking abilities.

Anyone know of CSS snippet for Stylish, or a JS snippet for the Tampermonkey, to hide such videos ? I keep forgetting and clicking them.

The video's are okay, but ads, ick.

Happiness is good blinders.

I just looked up that quote of mine and found it, of course, on X. I tried to follow the link to see if there is an image in the post.
Today I am using a site blocking chrome extension to block x.com, which rescued me.

PrivadoVPN lets you whitelist particular sites, so you can enter just where you want to use the VPN and let the rest of your traffic be normal.
In Privado this is called SmartRoute.
The generic term is split tunneling.

I got this great deal on PrivadoVPN and I don't use it except when I'm using a site that's blocked in Mississippi due to the age verification law the stupid evil Misssissippi government passed.
September 14, 2025 at 10:52 PM
@bluesky said it was #blocking access from #Mississippi for awhile.

Then it seemed to stop. For days, during which I was not aware of and thought I was not running a VPN, I accessed Bluesky from Mississippi without trouble.

Now I'm blocked again.

What gives? #AgeVerification
September 14, 2025 at 3:08 AM
Mississippi's age verification is preventing @Bluesky from being available here due to the cost of age verification.

I'm not protected, I'm aggressed against.

Psychotic religious-fanatic Carrie's moms control government. Great job, statists!

I asked ChatGPT if it makes sense to use humanoid robots on the moon or Mars before humans get there.

GPT said no.

Here's the unpaid session chatgpt.com/share/68956f... I asked it what I had, and it said I have 5 and it's available to all now.

It had said 5 was just a nickname some users called 4o.

Stuff like this is fun, but does nothing to fix the problem of statism, or Republicanism, or Trumpism, or pseudo-Christian nationalism, or common criminals running governments, or whatever ones thinks the problem is.

Does everyone have the same ratio of irrelevant, unwanted content on Pinterest as this example?

The whited-out parts are the good parts. 18 out of 21 images are of repeatedly rejected categories.

Do you have dry eyes? Or one dry eye?

Tears come from the lachrimal glands in the upper outer region of the eye area, but they are the only glands involved in keeping eyes moist.

Meibomian glands near the edges of eyelids secrete oil that reduces evaporation.

Just asking for trouble.

Sometimes you to make trouble to bring bigger troubles to an end.

I might have turned my eyes red and bloodshot permanently looking by overusing Clear Eyes "Redness Relief" drops.

They look much worse in the mirror than they do here.
March 21, 2025 at 2:20 PM
The thing to look out for, so to speak, on this eye drops label is benzalkonium chloride, which is a antimicrobial, which is used to prevent germ growth after the contents get contaminated with germs from the air or your eyelashes or the bottle getting dropped.
March 21, 2025 at 2:20 PM
It's common for eye drops to contain hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide, aka lye.

I am now trying a "Open this set of pages when the browser starts," with X not being one of the pages, and using a site blocker to try to keep me from using X. These are my the sites the browser will start with now.
