And if I’m asking this wrong, please correct me, but if he makes a ridiculous decision to bring charges, which court is it appealed to if he wins the case ?

This is insane. If you wonder why some of us think the rule of law is about to fall, it's this.
The U.S. Attorney for DC is not "President Trump's lawyer" and its job is not to "protect his leadership" nor prosecute people who "refuse to put America first".

Canada’s and Mexico’s retaliatory tariffs are targeting red states. It’s a great concept, but it hurts the left in those states as well as the right.
