Every human deserves free healthcare just for existing in a world where it is possible to offer that! For just about every health condition, the earlier you can detect, diagnose, & start treating it, the more effective & less costly to address.
"Emergency Room Only" insurance is the most expensive.

I'm out on another short walk as unofficial town sorcerer. No town anywhere in the world has yet to hire me as official town sorcerer but that's OK. I do what I can with what I have. I've brought my bag of rolled oats, a bag of unsalted peanuts, chapstick, an asthma inhaler, a small ET figurine.

Those who were hung followed (and gave) a great many Actually Illegal orders; they didn't hang every soldier who ever wore a Nazi uniform!
Many were forced to serve at literal gunpoint, including men from lands the Germans conquered.
BTW, the ICC isn't allowed to hand down a death sentence anymore.

TBH the FIRST one deserved strict scrutiny, now there are at least 4 incidents with nearly identical stories.
There's a HUGE difference between following orders...

The chain of command responsible for these strikes certainly deserve a Congressional Inquiry at minimum; sinking vessels in international waters when there's no sign of them being armed, let alone an imminent threat to our sailors, without even trying to board them...

There's one big problem with that - Chicago has very strict gun laws, so few citizens are armed.
Now if Chicago PD stood up to the Cubes & NG, instead of arresting people for being homeless for example, THAT might make a real difference.
I'm not holding my breath.

When they receive an Actually Illegal order, one they're confident that a Court Martial will agree with 100%, THEN they have more choices; even then, it's still a huge personal risk.

Person 1 second-guessing Person 2's life choices & telling them what they SHOULD do, ought to be volunteering to suffer the personal harms 2 is going to suffer, ESPECIALLY when 1 would benefit from those demands.
Even if 1 COULD endure those harms, that doesn't mean 2 could survive them.
