There has been a noticible uptick in spamming by bots on various social media platforms. You really can't be certain if you're dealing with a real person, a troll-farm, or an AI bot.
Unfortunately we do need some sort of controls or ways of dealing with this sort of threat to society.

I was getting you to expound a bit on your comment, which could have been inferred to mean that anyone in Ukraine that speaks Russian, is Russian.

I'm Irish. We also have a TV licence. I got my own place 2yrs ago. I don't watch TV so I didn't buy a licence. I got a letter from the licence people. I e-mailed them saying I don't watch TV. They asked me to sign an electronic form. I did. They took my name off the list of people to get a reminder.
