Attacks that deal damage to more than just health are more horrifying. Losing a stat or experience, and aging the character feels more "personal" than then abstract of hit points.

Eyes
I like the 20 20 20 rule. Every 20 minutes look at an object 20 feet (or 6 meters as I would say) away for 20 seconds. This helps reduce eye strain from looking at close screens.

Posture
Do some stretches and make sure you are sitting or standing properly. I like chin tucks, and superficial neck rotator stretches. Prevents certain long lasting issues from developing.

As a game devs we tend to be sedentary, that’s why it's always important to P.E.W.W!

P - Posture fixing and stretching
E - Eye reset
W - Water drinking
W - Walking or light exercise
