"Some people don't want to pay money for art"
Okay well I don't want to pay £60 a month for gas, I guess it's ok if I go hose it out of someone else's car, right?
RIGHT?

That's obviously bullshit because we fired all the people who inspect cows for diseases.
These Trump billionaires think we’re all morons. Their excuses while they raid the treasury and play us all for suckers are getting worse and worse.

At the same time the NY Times was hyping Hillary Clinton's emails, it had a reporter with emails from Jeffrey Epstein that were highly damaging to Trump.

The more NYT apologists try to minimize this the clearer it becomes that they don't understand why much of the public doesn't trust legacy media.

If they were openly discussing it, it must have taken extreme measures to sit on it, or extremely complacent media.
Another Reuters exclusive

The Biden administration acquired evidence in the last months of its term that senior officials in the Israeli government were openly discussing the ongoing use of Palestinians as human shields by the IDF in Gaza. They sat on the evidence.

All the Epstein emails are powerful elites saying shit like “Hello my friend the pedophile, i need your advice as a pedophile, what do you think about this other pedophile? Pedophilic Regards, your Friend ;)” and instead of swinging from a gibbet most of them are still writing op-eds against leftism

Dear eight Senate Democrats:
What the actual fuck?
Seriously, explain your motivations in a way that makes some kind of sense.

So I guess it turns out the Democrats are responsible for the shut down after all, since they could have caved in and surrendered all leverage weeks ago.

It is SO GODDAMNED IMPORTANT that poor people starve, we are willing to extend supreme effort to make sure that NOBODY finds a way to give them food.
The Trump administration told states in a late-night Saturday memo that they must “immediately undo” any actions to provide full food stamp benefits to low-income families, adding to the chaos surrounding the anti-hunger program. Here’s a timeline of the SNAP developments that led up to this point.
A Timeline of the Legal Saga Surrounding SNAP Payments
Weeks of uncertainty during the longest government shutdown in American history have left some states struggling to issue payments to food stamp recipients.

Yes, we are dealing with that party. The call is coming from inside the house.
We have run out of ways to describe their gaslighting and projection

Does Musk think his endorsement will *help* Cuomo's numbers?
First Cuomo got Trump's endorsement, now he's got the endorsement of the richest man in the world.

It's clearer than ever that there's only one candidate for NYC Mayor who will actually stand up to the oligarchs: Zohran Mamdani.

If you have missed it, Teen Vogue has been one of the leading sane political reporters in the past few years.
I was laid off from Teen Vogue today along with multiple other staffers, and today is my last day.

certainly more to come from me when the dust has settled more, but to my knowledge, after today, there will be no politics staffers at Teen Vogue.

Don't be silly. I have been assured by high-placed Republicans that no citizens are being detained. None at all. And anybody reporting otherwise are probably terrorists who should be arrested.

So the government is shut down but the USDA apparently still has enough juice to be concerned about Fairness in Food Sales.
The USDA sent an email to grocery stores telling them they are prohibited from offering special discounts to customers affected by the SNAP funding lapse.
I'm aware of at least 2 stores that had offered struggling customers a discount, then withdrew it after receiving this email

(S Korean diplomats give Trump a golden middle finger. Trump: "Ooo! Gold! There's nothing golder than gold!"
Trump was gifted a crown belonging to a king who claimed power from heaven. Silla’s kings rose by centralizing absolute power… and eventually collapsed under the corruption and rebellion. This was expert-level trolling by S. Korea, but Trump is too absorbed in himself to notice he’s the punchline.
“We present this gold crown to you on this joyous occasion”

Trump: Thank you very much
