Oh, who knows. Perfect life simplicity engine, hurtling towards a chaotic breakfast
When I worked in a pub (a thousand years ago before the smoking ban), polite people brought back their empty glasses, but people who had worked in pubs also brought their full ashtrays as they left. I think you can tell people who've never dealt with the public. The lessons are in deep.

"I should think so, yes" then walk away?

We assume the argument is that most people take them home and pop them in the fridge for later, rather than eating a whole chicken with their hands in the carpark?
(I'm team carpark)

Doesn't feel like that took a lot of deliberation

A big boss at my work said he uses it to summarise his emails, and I had to check I was on mute because I yelled "you're everyone's boss, tell them to write shorter emails!" at him.

Are you seeing a lot of his penis? It's not been a bother to me

There was one I saw that because of crazy London prices basically was a suburban semi and was won by people who lived (rented) kind of nearby already. That's a better prize than a glass box in Cornwall 500 miles from anything.

I used to get a regular flower delivery with that note on my file. I cancelled when lillies came (after about 2 years with no problems) and they didn't handle my complaint well.
Now I get a pet friendly delivery from a different company.

Yeah, it was this HUGE piece. A vibrant abstract sunset. Not many houses are big enough but the boardroom was ideal

The boardroom of an office I worked in in 2013 had the most spectacular tapestry. I'd love to see it again.
But, at least *someone* is looking at it.

There's two kinds of private collection, though. One kind is on display in a non-public building, like a home or office. The other kind is stashed in a vault and kept only as an investment.

The second kind makes me cross. The first is more envy/sad.

The two streets start with the same letter

From above the place we had breakfast

The chap who lives behind this door came to buzz to say "hey, I have your stuff". Thank you, chap who lives behind this door.

Lose the dolls would be my first step

Ah. Like a llama

I kind of hope whoever buys it keeps it busy, rather than hard shiny grey. Maybe tone it down a bit, though

He is very pretty
December 10, 2025 at 10:13 AM
Man, that's gross.

Someone suggested I use it for a work thing today and I told them "I'd rather die". And that's work! Way less important than child-raising.

This is horrifying
