Always been a bit jarring because out of all the playerbases for genres, the FGC has a very noticeably high ratio of queer people and people of color; yet, it’s also filled with the most “I will lick a boot and get a tattoo of a game company on my neck if I get to play this game early” types as well
FGC never had morals or a backbone a day in their life, the community is only capable of pushing back against the lowest stake issues and only on rare occasions, I don't trust any FGC person with a connection to stand on shit because they all want to keep their connections. Clout is currency.
