XPeng mostly make their EVs in China, but 'semi-knock-down' them into parts to be shipped to graz, Austria, to the empty and desperate bargain-priced factory for reassembly to sell to Europeans. Its a big part of the Chinese EV company's European sales strategy, and was available with perfect timing

My game uses a bunch of shaders, and I never have to spend more than perhaps a tenth of a millisecond compiling all of them on game launch. I honestly do not understand how the process gets at least 1,000x slower for AAA games. Its nuts.

Sure. I just dislike the state making such decisions. A true UBI regardless of industry would feel better to me. I know people in severe financial stress trying to grow food who also need such support, for example.
