A Tory revival does not save us from Reform as they are also:
1. Pro leaving the ECHR
2. Pro-Trump and anti-EU
3. Pro mass deportations
4. Anti net zero
5. Anti Employment Rights Act
6. Anti scrapping the two child limit
7. Pro huge cuts in public spending
8. Pro politicising the judiciary
Etc etc

Banning the use of cages is a great thing, but it does clearly disadvantage farmers if we do not then apply it to imported meat and eggs.

England water company CEO says long-term water security is under threat.

Customers already paid, companies didn't build reservoirs, dumped sewage in rivers, neglected investment, paid dividends

Now want to charge customers again, not raising capital from shareholders.

End the scam. Nationalise.
Suffolk water boss says new reservoirs needed to address demand
Water company says it needs two new reservoirs and a recycling plant to cope with demand in Suffolk.

More optimistically - perhaps a few more people on the centre-left might start engaging with the huge positive that is freedom of movement inside the EU/EEA. (Yes, yes, I know, that would involve a bit of thought and political bravery, so file under pipe dream)
The UK will celebrate net emigration and depopulation come 2027.

And by 2028 it will start to realise, with an ageing society and low growth, what a really silly thing it has done.

The right will go "pro-natalist", the centre-left will be completely stuck.

Of course, none of this excuses its morally bankrupt and politically disastrous failure to take on the racist, nationalist right on immigration and to to appease it instead. That is unforgivable. But this is the most redistributive government we’ve seen since the 1970s.
I’m blocking anyone on my timeline saying the current government is right wing. From VAT on private school fees through employment rights legislation to ending the two child cap, it’s very obviously not. I cannot engage with the stupid that says otherwise.

Ah yes, I well remember our hard work on behalf of the fishing industry. Out of 42 Fisheries meetings while I was an MEP I could only be arsed to attend 1. Then we screwed the whole fishing industry with Brexit, so well done us.

Dear Americans

We, in Europe, think you’ve elected a President that is a fuckwit, a very bad person and very obviously ill.

We do listen to him. With scorn.

And we wonder how the hell you did something so stupid TWICE.
President Trump claims that European countries want him to be our president as well

Is there anyone in the US who actually believes this garbage?
