Half the world’s architecture school output was for about 15 years was all ‘parametricism’ aka ‘landscape urbanism’ - making unbuildibly complex shapes on the computer.

Like many churches, Santa Maria Novella is plagued harsh glary lighting.

The Pope said the Vatican was crawling with finocchi, you’d think some of them could organise a nice soft liighting scheme and turn off the big lights.
