Pretty much all shop-bought cakes are sickly sweet to me, with an unpleasantly cushion-like texture.
Guys, I really need to talk about something dumb and meaningless. What's a universally beloved sweet treat that you think is just mid? For me, it's meringue.

Husband has agreed to my proposal that he make tortelloni tonight.

I had considered making a (rather obvious) “software update tonight queen?” joke, but i searched and so many people had previously, I’m not going to bother.

What happened to the humble maccheroni?

Cancelled?

Killed my millenials?

The closed they had in Nisa was these serrated things called Sedanini.

What small crime would you do if you could were dying tomorrow and could thus kinda get away with it? I would blow up a sculpture trail.

These are all bosses of practices, so an oversupply of architects helps keep their wage bills down.

It's a trap!

Not being in the customs union is a huge drag on the UK economy, but you hear almost no calls for us to rejoin it.

You occasionally hear people call for us to rejoin the EU fully, but that's a much more bigger (and IMO unrealistic) ask.

How Brexit turned "made in Britain" into a hindrance
Brexit has greatly hampered UK design brands' ability to sell their products in the EU and turned the made in Britain label into a costly burden, industry leaders tell Dezeen.

The solution to back pain is weightlifting.

You’d imagine it would aggravate it but unless you’ve got a slipped disc or something it’s actually the cure.
If you’re over 30, quote this with some life advice 🤌🏼

There was an AI voice - American accent and the telltail wrong intonation - reading out special offers in Marks yesterday.

Not very premium.

I would hate to be a big account, my replies all swamped with crap like emojis, or even worse, gifs, as is happening to the lovely Derek here.

This is why i choose to make such repellant posts.
friend of mine is an undocumented immigrant and has been hiding in Melania theaters bc he knows people assume no one is in there

It’s actually very zeitgeisty to be a downwardly mobile graduate.

Maybe even revolutionary!

A byelection in my parents’ ward, after respected Labour cllr, who defected to Your Party, sadly died.

Apparently it’s between Plaid and Reform, who are popular with the northern English retirees in the big bungalows.

Whatever you think of the merits of their case, it is quite funny to name your group Women Against State Pension Inequality, when your beef is the pension age being equalised between men and women.

Another aspect of this is that almost all office work nowadays is pointless makework that doesn't even need doing.

You're just spending a billion hours writing reports no one reads, making a tenth option when the first was correct, and writing bullshit answers to bullshit questions.

Our government will not keep us safe even in our own country. They will let a foreign power do as they please to us.
Two people have been abducted from Scotland in the middle of the night by the US military. Despite an order from our highest court that they be kept here.

The Scottish Government must show that actions have consequences by evicting American troops from their base at publicly-owned Prestwick Airport

Will America’s cultural hegemony fade, as it becomes mask-off fascist?

Like I need some new robust trousers for work since my thighs embiggened from doing squats.

But blue jeans or even carhardt “pants” seem to have acquired unfortunate connotations.
