It didn't seem likely that they had banned him for going at 31 in a 30 once. But I wasnt going to argue, or even make eye contact. Look vaguely agreeable while edging away seemed the best tactic.

Maybe but omg hes also awful. Couldn't find him to put to bed tonight, normally I just give up but I wanted him out of the sitting room so had a final hunt, gave up again, then as I was going upstairs heard a faint noise. He had got himself locked in the airtight dog food bin and was gorging himself

Been saying this awhile as a once amateur/could-have-been-pro paintball player: loose fabric always decelerates paintballs. Think of the throw-an-egg-at-a-bedsheet physics test.
