The 25th Amendment was ratified on February 10, 1967 and states that the President can be removed from office if he's unable to fulfill his duties.
What does "unable to fulfill duties" mean?
"Inability" could include traits like poor judgment, incompetence, or impeachable conduct.

Okay what is going on here. Are the accounts at a private banking entity? Does the federal government have direct debit permission set up? So many questions as to how Treasury instructed this payment. (Via NY Post’s Craig McCarthy)
