This is an odd response from the dev imo. How are they never referencing specific artists or copyrighted materials if OpenAI's outputs are fundamentally derived from unsourced creative works?
A snippet of the dev's generative AI disclosure from the article. A question (presumably from publication) and a response from the dev are as follows: Does the publisher have the consent of the owners of the original works included in the training dataset? We used OpenAI's tools to create original outputs rather than copy existing works. We never referenced specific artists or copyrighted material in our prompts. All images were further customized and revised by us to ensure they are original, cohesive and respectful of other creators.

Had a great time at KublaCon Fall this year :) managed to get a new game playtested there too, got lots of good feedback!
18 cards have been laid out in three rows, representing two player tableaus and one neutral territory. What could be under these cards? A handful of cards with various parameters and abilities. Some rough descriptions of the cards: White Elephant: Can be swapped with a card that leaves your tableau Mercenaries: Can temporarily lower up for big power. Alchemist: Grants Gold when used in payments. Garden: A funny card that can allow both players to win. Hideaway: A Gold granting card with optional penalties. Village: A simple card that can grant a tool and also gets a card from neutral territory. A picture of the end game of a playtest. One of the players manages to win on points. Another playtest result. One player has managed to amass points and power!

Finished a 4 hour session of Andromeda's Edge.

First time playing an official retail copy, and as Zodian Warmongers.

I nearly won! Tied with the winner at 133 vp, but lost on the tie breaker (number of unbroken modules). It was a fun time for sure \o/
The final board state of the Andromeda's Edge that I spent 4 hours on :) lots of things going on here, so unfortunately I'm not sure I can properly detail it all. The main detail I want to note is the winner and I tying at 133 points in this picture. Sadly I lost on the tie breaker, which is the number of unbroken modules. The final state of my player supply. I managed to upgrade 3 of my ships: I got Armored Transports, Deathclaw (faction unique ship), and Lunar Explorer. I did not build my Heavy Cruiser and 1 last Transport. A closer look at Armored Transports, Deathclaw and Lunar Explorer. Fun fact, Deathclaw rolled at least 2 6s in nearly every fight it was in. I ended the session with 8 modules. I definitely should've built more modules, but I was focusing a lot in combat too. I also messed up my first turn when I thought I could build a development somewhere when I actually never could lol. My civilization modules were very helpful for my industrious warfare faction though.

Apparently I played just 5 games on the Switch this year over 575 hours. Splatoon 3 Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp Pikmin 4 Pikmin 3 Deluxe Grim Grimoire Once More My gaming trends pie chart puts me at 43% Action, 41% Shooting, 14% Strategy and 2% Adventure. The most played games are Splatoon 3, Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp, and Pikmin 4. My personal choice for favorite game of 2023 is Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp. My month with the most game time is April at 95 hours.
