Flu should be treated seriously: The flu vaccine helps protect against flu, which can be a serious or life-threatening illness. It's offered on the NHS every autumn or early winter to people at higher risk of getting seriously ill from flu.

Unsure if you have COVID-19?
Test, and if positive:
Avoid contact with vulnerable people, stay home. 
Use a well-fitting face covering.
Avoid crowded poorly ventilated places.
Vaccines remain best defence.

Perhaps a graduated opt out, rather than opt in to moderation would be preferable for some?

'Disincentivise landlordism' could work but with less resonance than 'abolish landlordism'.
