Cant sleep, my brain is panicking and I do not know what I can do to calm down. It is racking for ideas on how to survive and the only thing I have currently is ignore health. I rather not do that, just need some ideas to get out of this mess

It appears that tomorrow is going to be starting a new chapter in the Try to survive the world scenario. Hopefully I'm able to get it to a point where I can have it as the equilibrium, but for now, part of my brain is regretting this decision.

We're seeing the morning you have to deal with. When you try to schedule something in the morning, they haven't got back to you. And the automated system that should thing new as a reminder also doesn't work. That awkward moment is parking lot waiting to see if this is going to happen.

Just had an appointment with the nutritionist to figure out how to lose weight. I have an idea now, but holy heck it's going to take some time for me to get this all squared away.
