My addition: packaged mazo ball + soup mix. Make mazo balls following directions and refrigerate, then cut celery, mushrooms, carrots, and scallions into ribbons or on the bias. roast in bottom of large soup pot then add the water and soup mix as directed. boil, add in mazo balls, reduce, simmer 1hr

What’s worse is the sound isn’t free- and I don’t mean money. Animal migration and people alike are affected by sound pollution and more eVs on the road should have meant quieter streets.
