"A closed mind leads to stagnant thoughts."
I hope you enjoy it!

And if you do, be sure to check out the Ore: a Starhenge graphic novella one-shot that came out after those original six issues.

Cosmically so!

Loved Invasion with Giffen plotting and doing layouts. DC got me good with that one; I bought all the crossover issues, picked up the full-size poster, and that Daily Planet newspaper - I just got it framed a couple months ago, so it now hangs on my wall.

I wouldn’t say no to one! Mar-Vell and Warlock were my gateway to the Marvel Cosmic landscape.

I fell off Animal Man after Morrison left. But what Pugh and Delano were doing in that book brought me back to the title.

Mark Texeira on Ghost Rider was probably the turning point for me in realizing how important inkers are to the process. Because when he took over the pencilling duties too, the book didn’t miss a step. It seemed obvious he had been the driving force of the look on that series all along.

Oh, very cool!

That Sleepwalker is particularly creepy looking in Hembeck’s style!

I saw it was written and drawn by Paul Pope. That was more than enough to draw my interest.

You cracked my collecting code!

I tend to recommend people avoid the Knights of Pendragon omnibus published a few years back as it also reprints the second volume of KoP.

They upped the super heroics and reduced the Arthurian bits to align with the expanded Marvel UK line being launched and the series suffered greatly for it.

I’d put it on par in terms of weirdness with what Moore did in Captain Britain.

You should be able to find the single issues quite cheaply online. I bought a second set in a lot for only $20 a few years back and had them custom bound into a hardcover collection including a custom dust jacket .

Andreyko’s Manhunter was so good

Wasn’t there solicited a DeMatteis Dr Fate omnibus that included this and his 1987 miniseries with Keith Giffen? Or was that just wishful thinking on my part?

Not that wished very hard. I own all the single issues.
