In all likelihood probably only two people on this whole site even know I had a webcomic, but I paused in 2020 when I was at the last chapter, so I'm working on finishing it this year. I have about 4 pages queued and more on the way.

As much as I believe comics are the Ultimate Form of storytelling to my own tastes, I'm starting to consider if I ought to try optioning my stories as prose books with several really nice illustrations instead. Just to see them actually get.... done.

Today at the library I checked out Life, The Universe, and Everything to an old man who'd just turned in the previous Hitchhikers' book, and commented that I'd recently read them again and love Adams' writing. He told me he hasn't read in YEARS but stumbled across it on youtube.

when i draw the final pages of fledge fighters (there's about 30) I think I'm going to redo the last couple posted ones too. They were rushed, disjointed from the ones before, and I've always kind of hated how i shaded them lol.

People need to understand that there can be joy in making music, even when you still haven't mastered all the skills. The process of learning stuff is actually worthwhile.

Mundane dreams are the worst. Not because they're boring but because you immediately forget them until you're unloading your dishwasher and realize the perfectly sized drawer insert for your weirdly small silverware drawer is gone and- in fact- NEVER EVEN EXISTED.
