I was extremely surprised to find this for under retail at a convention.

Time to put a Kosmos LED kit on my christmas list.

Generally don't broadcast nerdy shit, but I'm zhuzhing up my shoulder bag a bit with some with my 1/100 Aerial in a carabiner case and some @dropout.tv enamel pins.

It was already decaled like the bag Amos appropriates from Murtry between S4/5 of the Expanse.

Also Powershell logos just because.

14yo's birthday present again this year is passes to GalaxyCon and a not insignificant amount of money to pay for autographs and such.

Bonus, we're crashing at my folks, and we haven't seen them in person since Easter.

The older the kids get, the harder it is to get up there regularly.

Doesn’t Trump’s blanket pardon cover this guy?
BREAKING on MS NOW:

Brian Cole Jr., the suspect accused of being the Jan. 6 pipe bomber, confessed to agents that he planted the bombs and has indicated he supported President Trump, according to two people familiar with his interview.

Every single member of the Trump administration knows that they're getting a blanket pardon signed before noon on 1/20/2029 as long as they are still in his good graces.

The lawlessness really is that simple. The Democrats being shitty is a non-factor in their legal calculus.
What sticks out to me is how absolutely unafraid of prosecution this psychopath is. Part of it is narcissistic personality disorder, but it's mostly the perceived weakness of Democrats. Should they retake power, no one expects Democrats to hold anyone accountable.

GPOs are done, DELG groups are setup, and everything is ACLed to hell and back. T1/2 admins group permissions are done and tested. LAPS works.

Started moving Security Groups today. Hoping we have all the ones using the full DN for LDAP bind are documented.

Looking at you IBM MaaS360. <spit>
I have a massive excel sheet of where everyone currently lives, their new department code, and the targetOU for their move.

Filtering the sheet by TargetOU, sorting the existing location alphabetically, and building a department<->department GPO list.

All manually. Barf.

My remarks to the Metropolitan Airport Commission on Monday: ICE’s actions must be resisted peacefully, safely, legally, and creatively by everyone - we need to step up because this isn’t someone else’s problem.

I would be in jail if this happened to my wife.
Agents in Key Largo, Florida ripped this woman wearing medical scrubs out of her car as she screamed she is a US citizen. Agents cuffed her and put her in one of their cars.

She was eventually let go, per David Goodhue of the Miami Herald, who also took this footage:

My 18yo would not have (almost) finished HS without IDEA.

His grade school and middle school repeatedly denied accommodations that both his doctor and therapist said were necessary. We reported them to the state and the DoE and finally got a 504 in 9th grade.

We started in 2nd Grade.

The Trump administration has fired, or tried to fire, many of the federal staff members who manage and enforce federal disability law in schools.

Finished up the RfV Zaku this afternoon. All the little greeblies got hand painted in various metallic colors and then scuffed up, and I used the extra set of HG Gouf Custom decals to give it a more UC-Zaku vibe.

RfV looks like a 15 year old video game cutscene and I just can't get into it.

As I said yesterday.

He is both the 3rd most powerful person on the planet, has access to the most robust intelligence apparatus in the world, and has zero idea what's going on.

Everyone knows it's BS, but we can't be calling out bald-faced lies. That's dangerously close to accountability.
RAJU: If defenseless survivors were killed, would that constitute a violation of the laws of war?

MIKE JOHNSON: I'm not going to prejudge any of that. I was pretty busy yesterday. I didn't follow a lot of the news.

Today was a nightmare of this stuff. Don't fucking Bean Dad me either, I know he has ADHD and that contributes, but he's also 18 and medicated.

He didn't pull the car in the driveway like he was told multiple times, and it got minorly plowed in plus 4" of snow on it.

I've heard this from my oldest's guidance counselors at both the high school and the vocational school, so it's not just a college level thing.

Kids get everything on the screen. There are no textbooks to read, and their notetaking even at upper HS levels are fill-in-the-blank handouts.
An issue we're seeing at all levels of university is that many students are simply refusing to do *anything*. They aren't reading the syllabus, aren't following assignment guidelines, aren't engaging with material, ignoring deadlines. And this might seem like old news, but it truly has ramped up.

4" of snow, kids are off school. The view out back is what sold us on the house 20 years ago. There's 5 acres of "have to knock down a house and pave over a watershed" level of inaccessible land.

Almost like being in the woods, in the middle of the suburbs.

I often make this mistake with Filter for devices in Conditional Access... and I bet you are doing it too 🤪

To target unregistered devices, you probably want to do INCLUDE with trustType/isCompliant NotEquals

Go double check your policies ;)

We don't call it BOFH anymore.

It's "adhering to CISA-mandated STIG configurations."
system prompt: "be the BOFH"
Our Discord support agent was kind of annoying, so I asked it to pretend to be a 58-year old systems administrator from Ohio that wrote on forums a lot.

Turns out -- this makes your support bot extremely competent. The quality of its support responses are now far better.
