"Mushroom Basket" tomatoes and cherry tomatoes in different stages of ripening. We have had an outstanding growing season in our corner of south-central Wisconsin. Warm, humid, with abundant, well-timed rain. Fortunate to have avoided the flooding just east of us. 🌱🌱🍄🧺🍒🍅

Sure, tornado watches are concerning, but nothing induces more panic as a homeowner and backyard gardener than hearing hail pelting your roof.

I don't know where the country of "Avia" is, but why aren't we deporting the Avians? They are really messing things up.

These seeds are on sale for 10 cents per pack at Menards. They are for the 2025 growing season. I have used them before and they grew just fine. Not a lot of seeds per pack but that's perfect for me. 🌱

Ignore my footprints. A small animal, I assume a mouse or vole, left this narrow trail in the snow. Was it leaving my basement or was it looking for a way in? 🤔
