I expect a lot of folks on this platform feel this way, but my attitude is that to deprive the world of the best of my writing and thoughts would be a great pity. But my brand of all-conquering confidence is far from universal and that’s going to be a stubborn part of the problem. Plus laziness.

I remember reading Ray Davies being fed up with all of his work sounding like Kinks music, convened a completely new set of musicians and it sounded…like Kinks music. An epiphany!
