Weekly Movie: FRANKENSTEIN (2025): Wow. It’s Epic, well-acted & oh, so beautiful. Guillermo Del Toro does it again, retelling this classic tale in a new, stunning way but it could have used another edit, otherwise it’s a great take on Mary Shelly’s brilliant story & one hell of a visual feast. Wow.

Weekly Movie: PLAY DATE (2025): Pretty silly, action comedy but Kevin James & Alan Ritchson do make a good duo. 2 dads end up in a wild adventure involving the military, secret experiments and high speed chases all while kids & dads become friends... all in one day! In the end, it’s good, not great.

Dotemu has revealed the fantastic opening animation for the eagerly-anticipated Marvel Cosmic Invasion which launches on multiple formats next month. The side-scrolling action game features 15 super heroes and launches on Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 on 1st December. There's currently a playable demo for Marvel Cosmic Invasion on Steam, but it has yet to reach consoles.

Weekly Movie: PLAY DIRTY (2025): Despite being a Shane Black (Kiss Kiss Bang Bang) written & directed heist caper and boasting a solid cast, it’s pretty much a paint-by-numbers offering nothing too new in terms of story or action. It’s enjoyable for sure but not memorable, a good sick day matinee.

Weekly Movie: HAPPY GILMORE 2 (2025): Fun to revisit this world but it doesn’t hold a candle to the original. It has moments but not consistency, although it would be hard to recapture lightning in a bottle. Still, glad Adam Sandler wanted another round of golf and gave us tons of homages to boot.
