I had an operation last week & just had the stitches out today. I asked the surgeon when will it be OK to go back to the gym? and he said 'Give it at least a couple of weeks.'

What instructions will the Gov issue, to upload the digital ID card onto my phone? Until they supply me with a smartphone & pay for it's upkeep, they can forget it. Even if they did, I'd still choose not to carry a smartphone.

I emptied my study room, to redecorate. All my books & a chaos of 'stuff'. I'm going through every box, before re-shelving, getting rid of what I won't use again. I'm being ruthless. The process is cathartic. The room is peaceful now, & I can breathe better in there.

Learningdisabilityandautism is used as a portmanteau word as it's a convenient way to hide #autism within the budget of learning disability services. It excludes the 70% of #autistic pple with no lds.
To separate the words would mean admitting we exist & have rights to #inclusion.

The reality is that this is deliberate, from Govts through LAs to service providers.
Lack of appropriate care is against the law, but condoned as ignoring us is cheap & #AutisticElders have little voice.
I've been advocating for provision for older #autistic people in policy & services for years.

I'm a Londoner & while visiting London yesterday, I had time to sit outside a cafe & watch the world go by. Norwich is a nice place to live, but I miss the vibrancy of London.

Who Can Participate? • Autistic
patients or relatives of autistic
patients who have experienced
cancer care in the Northwest in
the last 12 months. • Healthcare
professionals who have assisted

Participation Opportunities:
Interviews: One-hour interviews

The ferry is part of the journey I described. I like ferries - it's the 12+ hours on multiple trains, etc, to get from Norwich to the ferry, that I can't do with a suitcase.

Planning a trip to Dublin. I don't do well on coaches and it's a helluva trek. by land, from Norwich. Over 12 hours, including trains, London underground, long walks, loads of stairs, buses, etc. This older person with a suitcase is going to have to fly. ☹️✈️£££
