Anytime a certain group facilitator in one of the rehabs I was at brought up chatgpt as “free therapy” I would think “yeah, try telling that to the families of those who aren’t with us anymore”
i don’t see how any of the benefits of chatgpt and other consumer-facing LLMs can possibly outweigh their incredible ability to induce suicides

It would probably help to stream again. I have my twitch logged into our rehab ps4. I am not confident about the internet here though. Wouldn’t hurt to test it out later.

I think it is okay to acknowledge when every waking moment of life feels exhausting. I’m not suicidal, but I am honestly tired of being alive. I just want it to stop feeling that way. I think one day I’m just kind of gonna have a mental breakdown and I’m hoping that’ll snap me out of it.
