Democrats will continue to lose until they can develop an actual sense of morality. People like Gallego want to revert to a time where powerful men can assault woman without consequences, he should be expelled from the party and society
1. Over Thanksgiving, texts from Dem. Sen Ruben Gallego leaked where he repeats far-right talking points on masculinity, lamenting that Democratic women "look like men."

Using far-right gender-panic rhetoric will not ingratiate the Democratic Party towards men.

Dutch Sports fans really love to do Dutch Sport Fan things.

I know all fandoms can be nasty and shitty but Verstappen fans have always been particularly vile. The second Max is back in the running they're back at it.

Then this first broke I cracked jokes about OU sucks, as is the tradition of a UT alum, but it's since became clear that this is a further attempt to segregate trans people out of society. Should have been obvious, honestly.

With that in mind I want to soap box a little about this.
Here's what this is actually about, dumbass

As always, OU sucks.
It's not great that a student can turn in a bad essay but vaguely point to the Bible and religious beliefs as an excuse for not following the actual assignment and terrible writing. That's not what college is supposed to be.

The professor did nothing wrong but she was pulled off the course anyways.

It really is the sort of poetic punishment you'd write for a society that has fought so hard to rid itself of everything other than profit and pursuit of power.
being ruled by tiny men bereft of both curiosity and the ability to feel wonder is a terrible fate

Two things suck about this:
1) Jeffries is looking for advice from VCs, he's the enemy. He will only every align himself against decent working people.
2) "Strong floors" means you will fall through the cracks if he decides you aren't "good" enough. But he'll never reign in the wealthy.
No value, no villain, no vision. Sounds like the tagline for the earnings call of a collapsing appliance retailer

It's so clear how DECADES of moral rot left us here.

"Never prosecute an American" is a failed concept. Hang them. Hang them all.
"Don't follow illegal orders" would be more meaningful if Democrats had prosecuted literally any of the prominent war criminals of the last 30 years instead of, you know, fucking campaigning with them

The ease with which these people order the murder of others is an important thing to understand.

There is no soft handed approach to dealing with them. Denazification will have to have an element of capital punishment. There's no reforming these people.
The head of the Senate Armed Services Committee has vowed “vigorous oversight” following a Post report that Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth ordered the killing of all crew members during the first U.S. strike on suspected drug smugglers in the Caribbean.
Senate committee vows ‘vigorous oversight’ in killing of boat strike survivors
The Republican-led committee’s pledge came after The Post reported that the defense secretary ordered that a U.S. strike on an alleged narcotics boat leave no survivors.

This is objectively good analysis.

I'm most familiar with the Texas slice of this protests in the past few years and the JBGC down there is the only reason nazis didn't harm or kill a lot of people. They did, at times, shoot buildings, but just buildings.
I strongly believe the only reason drag story hours were not riddled with bullets is because counter protestors (leftists) showed up strapped in response to anti trans folks showing up with AR-15s

Every republican voter is a nazi partisan. Their government is posting nazi talking points.
‘Remigration’ is a term that comes out of the European far right. Its use by the DHS account is a sign of democratic and epistemic collapse

Lmao, immediately relevant.

America deserves every bad thing that happens here.
Next time there's a major terror attack against America I think people need to remember that this is who we are and what we do to the rest of the world.
Rep. Salazar on Venezuela: "We're about to go in ... we need to go in ... Venezuela for the American oil companies will be a field day"

It is sad, but it's also important to note: Anyone signing up to serve in the US military knows what it is. It's been a specifically evil institution and has been for decades.

I'm not losing sleep over someone who signed up to murder brown people overseas and torment Americans domestically.
I found this terribly sad. A young woman with her life ahead of her, and she becomes one of the last American victims of the Long War.
November 28, 2025 at 7:27 AM
I will never stop hating republican voters. They're all irredeemably evil. Their souls and lives are as worthless as those of nazi partisans in 1940.

It's not just the leadership, all of these people are scum.
Trump: “I will permanently pause migration from all Third World Countries … denaturalize migrants who undermine domestic tranquility, and deport any Foreign National who is a public charge, security risk, or non-compatible with Western Civilization.“
November 28, 2025 at 7:16 AM
Everyone on earth should remember: Do not aid the US military, they will betray you, always oppose them because they will slaughter your neighbors and then leave you to die, even if you do everything you can to help them.

The US military is honorless & worthless. As an institution and as people.

Bro I hate trenches. Right wing fuckos are like "I wish I fought in a real war" and they think of trenches.

I would fucking shoot myself before fighting in a trench war.
Now I'm watching 1917, Roger Deakins is kinda a wizard? I'm a dumb dumb idiot about film but this being shot on digital and looking so good kinda dispels a lot of my lay views on digital taking dynamism from film.

It's use of natural lighting is insane.

Got a lot of that Mendes chauvinism, tho.

America is, once again, engaging in ethnic cleansing and every republican voter wanted this to happen. Trump ran on this. Our neighbors are evil in a fundamental way.
This is the scandal. Trump isn’t targeting dangerous people. He’s targeting peaceful immigrants. Almost exclusively.
November 27, 2025 at 8:26 AM
This has been a thing I've been talking about in therapy a lot. It's insane how much better my brain is it recall bad things than good things, and it accumulates and snowballs.

I know it's a defense mechanism, but it also fucking sucks.
One of the most frustrating bits of human cognitive architecture is how much better we are at recording (and replaying, and replaying, and replaying) evidence of danger than we are at recording evidence of safety.
