DHS told her to leave the country. She's a citizen — and an immigration attorney
A senior Department of Homeland Security official told NBC10 Boston that "notices may have been sent to unintended recipients" and will address issues on a case-by-case basis.

Hiding from their constituents wasn’t enough — now we have a House Republican admitting that he doesn’t want to hear from the people he represents.

We need all new leadership. This is unacceptable. They look incredibly weak and ineffective.
If you're wondering why you haven't seen more organized disruptive action from Democrats at the speech tonight, I've heard from multiple people on Capitol Hill that House Dem leadership actively organized against any strong actions tonight. They are leading, but in the wrong direction.

YES. WHERE ARE YOU DEMS?????
I think the part where Trump brags about Doge and thanks Musk would be a good time to make a stink and get kicked out.
March 5, 2025 at 2:53 AM
Yup. All of the Republicans’ attempts to legislate trans people out of existence have nothing to do with the safety of girls and women. They don’t care about our safety. They care about power and use fear to get it.
Trump has bragged about sexually assaulting women and was found liable for sexual abuse.

Cis folks need to stop falling for the lie that he cares about protecting women and girls.

Agreed. This is not the time to be spineless.
Democrats should be ashamed for not standing beside Rep. Al Green and joining in his protest of Trump.

“Stop talking to your constituents because they think we are doing a shit job and we don’t want to hear that.”

Yup. Makes sense.
The chair of the House GOP's campaign arm told Republican lawmakers to stop holding in-person town halls amid a wave of angry backlash over the cuts undertaken by President Donald Trump's administration.
No more in-person town halls, NRCC chief tells House Republicans
Rep. Richard Hudson issued the edict after a spate of testy episodes.
